This website is operated by Setup Supplies. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of setupsupplies.com, including its content, features, products, and related services. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

1. Eligibility and account information

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Information submitted during checkout must be current, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

2. Products and information

We work to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, colours, compatibility details, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, manufacturing revisions, and reasonable measurement tolerances can affect how a product appears. Lifestyle images can include items used for context that are not included with the product. The current product page and selected variant are the source of truth for what is being purchased.

Check dimensions, ports, mounting requirements, power requirements, weight limits, and compatibility before ordering. Use products only as intended and follow the included safety, installation, care, and manufacturer instructions.

3. Prices and orders

Prices, promotions, availability, taxes, shipping charges, and currency can change without notice. The amounts and currency shown at checkout control the transaction. We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or availability error and may refuse or cancel an order affected by an error, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, inventory issue, legal restriction, or shipping limitation. If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we will refund the captured amount to the original payment method.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfilment, subject to payment authorization and availability.

4. Payment

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the order total. Payment processing is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every location.

5. Shipping and fulfilment

Orders can be processed or shipped by third-party fulfilment partners and can originate from different locations. A multi-item order can arrive in separate packages and on different dates. Delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, and other events outside reasonable control can affect delivery.

Review Shipping & Delivery for current information. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for reviewing any duties, taxes, or import charges disclosed for the destination.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Returns & Order Support page, which are incorporated into these Terms. Do not send a return until instructions and the correct return address are provided.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful purpose. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with site security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that creates unreasonable load, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

8. Site content and availability

We can update, correct, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature or item will remain available or that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Historical or general information is provided for reference and should not replace current product information or professional advice where that is needed.

9. Third-party services and links

The store is hosted by Shopify and can use third-party services for payments, fulfilment, reviews, analytics, support, and other functions. Third-party websites and services are controlled by their respective providers and can have separate terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not mean that we control or endorse every statement, product, or practice of that third party.

10. Intellectual property

The site design, branding, text, graphics, original photographs, code, and other content supplied by Setup Supplies are owned by or licensed to Setup Supplies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where the law allows it.

11. Privacy

Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that online transmissions and third-party services carry inherent security risks, even when reasonable safeguards are used.

12. Reviews, feedback, and submissions

Content submitted to the site must be truthful, relevant, and lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights. You retain ownership of original content you submit, but grant Setup Supplies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for operating, supporting, and promoting the store and its products. We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated in the product listing or required by law. Product results can depend on installation, environment, connected equipment, and use. Mandatory warranties and consumer protections continue to apply where the law provides them.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setup Supplies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Setup Supplies for reasonable losses, claims, and costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Severability and waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

17. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the site for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, or a security risk. Obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability provisions, will continue.

18. Changes to these Terms

We can update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, law, products, or services. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the location of the customer.
