Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the United States. Standard shipping is a flat C$7.95 (CAD) per order. Orders of C$89.99 or more (subtotal after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping. The available method and exact shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment. Availability can vary by product, destination, inventory, and checkout eligibility.

Rates are charged in Canadian dollars. Customers in the United States may see a converted amount depending on their payment method. We do not currently ship to destinations outside Canada and the United States.

Processing and delivery estimates

Review the delivery information shown at checkout before placing your order. Any estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date and can change because of carrier delays, weather, customs, inventory changes, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. A new tracking number can take time to show its first carrier scan.

Split shipments and fulfillment partners

Items in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days. Some orders can be processed or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners from different locations.

Check your shipping address

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We will try to help, but changes are not always possible after processing begins.

Delivery problems

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be missing, use our contact page and include your order number, a short description, and clear photos when relevant. Keep the item, packaging, and included components while we review the request.
